1. Introduction:
This Data Retention Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for retaining and disposing of data collected and processed by Parishioners FCU (the "App"). Our goal is to ensure the secure and efficient management of data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Personal Information: Retained for as long as the user has an active account with the App. If the account is inactive for more than 12 months, the data will be anonymized or deleted.

Usage Data: Retained for 24 months to analyze trends and improve the App's functionality. After this period, the data will be aggregated and anonymized.

Transaction Data: Retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations and auditing requirements.
4. Data Disposal

Personal Information: Upon account deletion, all personal information will be permanently erased within 30 days.

Usage Data: After the retention period, usage data will be anonymized and aggregated to ensure that individual users cannot be identified.
