Home Equity Loans and Home Equity Lines of Credit

A Parishioners Federal Credit Union Home Equity Loan is the perfect way to get the extra cash you need to consolidate your high-interest debt, make home improvements and provide cash for life's unexpected emergencies. Our Home Equity Loans come with low rates, flexible terms and the high quality of service that you've come to expect from your credit union. Plus, your interest may be tax deductible.

  • Great Rates - You can start saving money right away with fixed Annual Percentage Rates as low as 5.25% APR on Home Equity Loans and a variable Annual Percentage Rate as low as 2.50% APR on our Home Equity Line of Credit.
  • Generous Amounts - You can borrow up to 80% loan-to-value of your home, up to a maximum of $160,000.
  • Flexible Terms - Take up to 15 years to repay your loan.
  • Tax Advantages - Your interest may be tax deductible. Please consult your tax advisor.

Equity Line of Credit

  • 2.50% Introductory rate (please see our rate sheet for the introductory rate period); thereafter, rate will be based on Prime Rate plus 1% effective on the last business day of each calendar month of each year.
  • Maximum Combined Loan-to-Value = 80%
  • Pay no closing costs other than the appraisal fee for loans $95,000 or below. You may pay certain fees to third parties, such as appraisers, title companies and government agencies. Closing costs consist of appraisal fee, fleet title fee, recording fees, flood cert fee and tax service fee if applicable. These fees generally total from $750 to $1,300. Borrower is responsible for any additional fees other than our regular closing costs (i.e. appraisal re-inspection fee, other recording fees, title charges to clear or transfer liens, etc).
  • No points.

We may be able to help you get back on track with the following options:

  • Debt management programs with nonprofit independent agencies

Please be prepared to fax or mail one or more of the following items, or have them ready when you call us.

  • Your loan number and property address
  • Written explanation of your current circumstances
  • Most recent proof of income (i.e. Pay stubs, Unemployment, Social Security, Disability, Retirement, Public Assistance)
  • Bank Statements
  • Tax Returns for past 2 years
